I have been Tokyo based for more than 5 years now. My move was motivated by the first experience filming a documentary in Japan. The opportunity to lens programs like PBS "NEW ENVIRONMENTALIST", NETFLIX ORIGINALS "HIGH SCORE", CNN (TRIBECA FINALIST 2020) "BEAUTY AND BUDDHISM", along with dozens of other projects for organizations like CNN, PATAGONIA, VICE MEDIA, RAKUTEN TV, AND CHANNEL NEWS ASIA, has helped me understand more about Japan's unique and ancient culture.

I studied at Brooks Institute of Santa Barbara in the nineties‭. ‬Later‭, ‬I made Los Angeles my home and worked with my dearest friend‭, ‬Nitin Marwah doing commercial work. ‬We specialised in Car Clients and after 5‭ ‬years of working together I moved to Barcelona‭. ‬There I shifted gears a bit‭, ‬taking an interest in Fashion and Film‭. ‬The 13‭ ‬years in Barcelona not only taught‭ ‬me Spanish but expanded my visual references and understanding of the craft‭. ‬
